the Internationale is Paul Caplan, Senior Teaching Fellow at Winchester School of Art, Digital Charabanc and object-oriented photographer. This site was originally the home for Paul’s practice-research PhD – JPEG: the quadruple object as well as the work he did at Birkbeck, University of London developing cloud learning and teaching. That site is still here, behind the pictures but… it’s changing as Paul teaches and launches new programmes at #WSA, publishes his research as a series of networked eBooks and carries on looking for an object-oriented imag(in)ing.
