I remember when we started recruiting online. We were laughably amateur. Of course They thought we were being so clever – spotting relevant words and conversations. Getting in there, engaging, talking and… recruiting. But it was so blunt. We had to wait for the right words to come up. By the time they were saying that, we probably knew about them anyway. We needed to get in earlier, spotting the root cause before the symptoms appeared in the conversation: the micro expressions before the smile – or the grimace. Look: “EmotionSeed detected”.
